The role of institutional support structure in shaping social entrepreneurial intention

Objective: The present study aims to investigate the role of institutional support structure in shaping intention form a social business using model Mair and Noboa (2006). Research Design & Methods: This utilized Structural Equation Modelling with sample 516 students Vietnam examine hypotheses. Findings: finding shows that is positively associated empathy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy perceived support. In addition, also increases through enhancing Implications Recommendations: Policymakers need develop complete legal framework, policies potential entrepreneurs start such as tax support, competitiveness, loans... help increase self-efficacy, empathy for those who wish become entrepreneurs.
